PC store crash fix?

I bought this on PC because I wanted to grind zombies on mnk after hundreds of hours poured into IX on xbox.

However I can't bring myself to grind up in Zombies when the store crashing is keeping me from obtaining a double xp wall gun. I doubt Blizz will refund the purchase so any way to fix the problem?
