Anyone know how to fix?

I recently downloaded COD 4 via battle net, and started getting into zombies. Then as I started playing I'd get crazy bugs like in the image. Some early on (Round 5) and later on (Round 19). I've gotten a couple of different types of bugs, but this is the most common. I've run various scans on it but it keeps saying it's fine.
