Does the ''balck ops 4 pass'' give you DLC weapons?

So i started playing last week and i'm having fun with it but quite a few times i felt as if 1v1 gunfights came down to ''well they have a VMP and i don't so i die'' this could be3 wrong but that's how it feels sometimes.

Now i see the VMP isn't in my SMG weapon menu so i guess it's a weapon they added with DLC and the BO4 season pass thing is 50% off right now on the PSN store.

If i buy the pass will that unlock the weapons i'm missing or am i just gonna have to keep playing to earn cases and hope one of them gives me a weapon?
