Black Market Broken?

I play on PC, and I just re-download the game a few days ago. Of course I couldn't find a lobby for multi-player (not that I care too much, it was the same for Bo3 on PC), but my main issue was the black market. Each time I click into it, it crashes to my desktop without fail. Is this a problem for others? Did anyone find a solve to it?
