There should be skill requirements to play ranked

If this sounds elitist or disparaging i'm sorry. But it's absolutely ridiculous how people can enter ranked mode and be subpar or worse. Basically a meat shield in it's truest form.

I don't know about y'all but being forced to carry 3+ games in a row in competitive modes, doesn't get me excited to play the modes.

If you want to relax then play casual, don't go into ranked and get upset when your team tells you to step up or they quit early because they refuse to participate in a pointless match.

Also these aren't just people having bad games. These people struggle to get 15+ kills every or every other match, turn like they're playing on 4 sens or lower, walk mostly around a map instead of sprinting, don't comprehend the concept of the minimap or flanking, etc.
