Ps4 to pc question

If I have the deluxe edition with all the dlc on ps4, do I need to buy them again on pc, or is the standard edition enough?

I revisited the game on ps4, and I was surprised that I get matches really fast. But now I'm more used to keyboard and mouse so I'll buy it on pc when there is a sale. I'm just not sure which edition (I also play zombies so the maps are important)
