why did this weapon never get made usable?

I'm out here tryna get diamond on snipers, and I've had gold on the Paladin for awhile. Now, I'm on the outlaw, and my only challenge left is bloodthirsties, and I need 4 more. Issue is, I literally am not allowed to get them. I've used every setup that's been recommended and the ones I've used for expirement, and I just can't do it. Not even in the snipers only mode because I get bullied by Locus' and Paladins. Even if I get close the game just spawns someone behind me and I can't react because hipfire in CoD is notoriously bad. How am I meant to get diamond????
